Frequently Asked Questions - Free Entry

Postal entries must be sent with sufficient time to ensure they are received before the draw deadline. It is your responsibility to ensure that your entry is posted in a timely manner via 1st class mail so that it is counted toward the draw.

While we do not provide delivery confirmations for postal entries, you should allow enough time for your 1st class mail entry to be delivered before the specified deadline. It is recommended to send your entry well in advance of the deadline to avoid any postal delays.

Any entry received after the stated deadline will not be counted toward the draw. Ensure you send your entry via 1st class mail in a timely manner to meet the deadline.

All entries, regardless of whether they are free or purchased, are treated equally in the random draw. A free entry does not give you any additional advantage over paid entries.

If the minimum ticket number is not met 15 minutes before the live draw, the draw will still proceed, and the winner will receive 70% of the total value of all tickets purchased. The remaining 30% will be retained for operational and promotional purposes.
